Yes! Finally a glimpse of ZQ's costume for 2009 - complete with hat, of course! A staple of Baby's wardrobe.

I feel that an explanation should be made, my dear followers to you for my long absence and terrible lack of ZQ posts these past, perhaps, two months? Personal reasons have sadly prevented me from keeping this, my dearly beloved ZQ homage regularly up-to-date. I know not what time this situation will allow me to keep new posts up regularly, but I do promise to update as much as I possibly can!
Today has been the first day in a long time that I have had a moment to catch my breath - and, what am I using it for? Scouring the Interwebs for pictures of Our Dear Boy ZQ, of course!
I happened across this fan photo which I could not resist posting for the following reasons:
1. This picture, perfectly sums up my head-space these past few weeks. If only the head-asplodey feeling was because I was standing next to ZQ like this lucky fan!
2. The priceless expression on ZQ's face, the intensity and determination - as well as the eyebrow flexing. Those bad boys can get some air.
4. In the spirit of Halloween (see what I did there?) and inherent geekiness of the pic. Sylar loves his brains. So do Zombies. Does that make Sylar a Zombie?
and last, but certainly not least:
5. The Hat (of course!)! Well, not the original hat, but it's younger brother I'm calling Stefan.
What's the name of the original hat you ask? Bunbury.
Oh, BB ZQ. 99% of the time, I hold you up as a Paragon of fashion - someone who stands far above the rest of the maddening (and poorly dressed crowd) as an exemplary specimen of how to own your style, and make it look good.
From this picture, it doesn't look so bad - there is the Hat, of course...and some over-sized shades: typical ZQ wardrobe staples. Then, there is the grey semi-loose-fitting pocketed ribbed tank and what appears to be holey jeans.
Not bad, a great outfit for running errands, or hitting up the flea markets, the farmers market or antiques fairs - taking Noah for a walk, maybe.
But...
...once you stop being transfixed by the dazzlingly enigmatic smile, and gorgeously muscled shoulders and arms and zoom out a bit...
...you see the whole picture...and it ain't as pretty (but it's still pretty because it's our Boy):
From the knees down, it gets a little...not as typically ZQ Smexy. I'd say with the cut-off's he's giving a nod to his Aussie fans, but really - the cut offs aren't short enough (no butt-cheeks hanging out). Not that there's anything wrong with that...
The kicks are pretty styling though. And really - one can't cast stones because it's ZQ and he'd look good in a paper bag. He'd make that paper bag chic. Throw a skinny tie over it and you'd have the next big fashion - all started by Zachary baby.
The cut-offs do serve one great purpose: to show off his nicely muscled calves. They are delicious! Almost as, but not quite as edible as his delectable eyebrows.
Oh, Baby. You can do (almost) no wrong. I can let the cut-offs slide because of how over-all awesome and smexy you are just in general - and you are at least sporting black socks and not falling to the cardinal sin of white socks. Keep rockin the awesome style sense that is classic and uniquely ZQ, no matter what.

A new feature! I will try to post weekly Video Zorn, prefaced by a "Sexy" (but aren't they all sexy?!) ZQ pic, Hat or no! There may be a Hat cameo, there may not be. Because lets face it - as much as we love our Beautiful Boy, ZQ - the Hat is not always as dead sexy as he is. Or, Zexy as I like to call it. Anywho, in this, the inaugural post - there is no Hat - at least on ZQ.
A note on the picture - I chose this Zexy picture because, there is something über-HAWT about how our BB is mounting that bike. I know I wouldn't mind hopping on behind him - or actually BEING the bike, even if it's a crotch-rocket. With ZQ in such close proximity to it, it makes that bike wicked-cool. And there is such an evil/Sylar look about him. It is definitely Zexy to the MAX!
And now, a note on the inaugural video for the weekly Video Zorn (or daily, who knows, maybe Ill do it daily). It is Sylar and HRG-themed! And it's set to Britney Spears "Circus" and so well done they still manage to look bad ass! So here, my fellow ZQ-lovers! Enjoy!

Well, I've been neglecting this blog which is a sad state of affairs. It's by no means intentional, and is only because I've been so bogged down with work at work...that the time I have to search the internets for Zorn and post about them has been drastically cut down. But now, for the first time in weeks, I have a bit of downtime. I'm posting a picture of ZQ and Hat hard at work - since that's what I've been doing lately. He seems to be putting a lot of concentration into his project. I like to think the Hat is helping him focus. Anywho...I'm working on a special blog post, about how ZQ's fashion seems to be inspiring a lot of others in Hollywood. Be on the look out for the upcoming post - hopefully, some time this weekend! There will be lots of pictures! And probably some snarky commentary!
Until then, here is a video that popped up in a key-word search for "Zachary Quinto" for some reason. It really seems to have nothing to do with him, other than it's filled with cute boys in fun fashions who are just living it up and having loads of fun! Who's for partying with this crew? I know I am!

Sorry for the sudden lack of posts, I got the frak (or frell, whatever your pleasure) out of town for a week or so of much needed R + R! It reminded me of this old, but good picture from when ZQ's Hat took him to the beach! What a day that was!
It looks as though a new hat is making it into ZQ's headwear rotation - one that greatly resembles the Hat in form, but not in color. I may be updating this site to be ZQ's Hats, depending on how much more we see of the others, and how little we see of the Original Hat - our raison d'etre, so to speak. Anywho, here is a quick dosage of ZQ Hat Zorn - and I'm off to finish out my work day - although I'd much rather spend it perusing the internets for pictures of ZQ with or without his Hat(s). More posts to come, tonight there will be one for sure!

I may be pre-occupied for a couple days yet, so here is ZQ and his Hat - blowing us all a kiss in the mean time. I figure, this should tide us over for a little while, until the daily Hat can be posted well, daily - in a couple days again. Muah ZQ! And MUAH to your little hat too!
This picture has made the rounds, but yet I never tire of seeing it - and, I wager you will not either for the simple fact that It. Is. ADORABLE.
Here, The Hat is dutifully perched atop our darling ZQ's head as he absent-mindedly sucks on his hoodie string - something I do myself when I'm deep in thought and perhaps why I'm so drawn to this cute picture.

Many apologies for the lack of posts yet again - I'm still absorbed in the Torchwood: Children of Earthminiseries - even though I've seen it in full when it transmitted in the UK last week. Can't tear my eyes off it again. If you want something that will blow your mind and have you on the edge of your seat for 5 hours (akin to the reboot of Battlestar Galactica), watch it! It's not to be missed! And you don't need to have seen a single episode of Torchwood before to enjoy this miniseries. You can jump right in - I highly recommend it. Some great man-candy and retro fashion in it to. ZQ would be impressed! And speaking of our Baby ZQ again - he'd make a fine guest star on Torchwood. James Marsters graced the series with his beautiful face (and affected British vowels) last year - creating quite the memorable villain. I say, ZQ could do at least as much as James Marsters did. Bring ZQ on! John Barrowman and ZQ sharing the screen at the same time? I think I'd die of squee.

Sorry this post is so short, for a supposed "Lazy Sunday" it's been pretty busy, but I did not want to leave anyone without their daily dose of ZQ and his Hat.
Not long ago, Zachary Quinto's Hat was seen accompanied by a strange and perplexing new companion: a Porn 'Stache. ("Zorn"-stache?)
Many a debate has surrounded said 'stache's appearance beneath the brim of The Hat. Was ZQ sporting it to be "ironic"? Was it for a film project? Did he just collapse from exhaustion in the midst of shaving - his fingers so fatigued that he couldn't complete the shave? Only ZQ knows, but one thing is certain - the Zorn-stache's appearance definitely redirected all the admiration/speculation from The Hat to itself.
Fortunately, subsequent photos of the delicious ZQ have proven that the Zorn-stache was apparently (hopefully) a fleeting facial fasion, and our hottie hipster boy ZQ is now Zorn-stache free. No longer, will The Hat be eclipsed by such transient hair. Once again, The Hat can relax, knowing it has regained the full attention of it's admirers.

Here is ZQ at a fundraiser for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDs Foundation. I particularly enjoy the shirt he has paired his hat with for this event. The shirt is almost Threadless-like in nature (but contains too many colors) and adds a bit of whimsy to his Hat. Also of particular note, are his wonderfully whiskered jeans and the semi-aviator sunglasses he's gently holding in his right hand. I could go on and on about his fashion in this picture, let alone the meticulously well-groomed nature of his eyebrows. I need to get tips from him! But we are here to bring glory to his Hat, of course! Let us not forget our purpose! Here is The Hat, nicely framing his gorgeous face as usual and showing off his brows and sexy scruff particularly well. The Hat is simultaneously doing a great job of keeping the glare out of his eyes, whilst diffusing sunlight over his face, brightening it up as he's in a somewhat shaded area. Photographers, should take note: who needs a Lastolite reflector when you've got ZQ's Hat? It's just as effective and probably a sixteenth of the price. (Because I imagine he bought it at Goodwill or some place like that).
For quite some time now, well - really since I saw the Star Trek movie with two of my best girls Cori and Roxy (and incidentally, two of the awesomest sisters I know) I have shared an obession with Roxy. This obsession can be summed up in two words - or rather, one proper name and one surname - Zachary. Quinto.
Roxy and I - two peas in a pod, feed our obsession in the same way - by spending an inordinate amount of time (probably an unhealthy amount of time) perusing the internets for pictures of ZQ which we've affectionately dubbed "Zorn". In otherwords - Zachary (Quinto) + the word Porn = "Zorn". How do you like that contraction?
Anyways - in our obsessive searches for him, one common theme or thread has occured amongst many, many, MANY of the pictures - ZQ has a favorite hat.
One he's rarely ever seen out of and that, dare I say - he seems to have an obesssion with (much akin to my obsession for searching for pictures of him). He even wears it to events! Roxy and I have shared many a "LOL" over dear ZQ's hat and we joke about where it will appear next, what it potentially smells like and what would ever happen if something terrible befell the hat. Whatever would our Baby ZQ do without it?
It seems that Roxy and I are not the only ones who have notice ZQ's affinity for his hat. Many other fans - or Zans as I like to call them, talk about it. I figure it's high-time this famous (infamous?) hat gets a tribute site of it's own.
